One of my favourite dessert recipes (in which I usually eat them for breakfast because a little treat every now and then is never a bad thing!). With minimal ingredients and a simple method, anyone can make these super scrumptious and indulgent pancakes.

Step one: Whisk together your egg and sugar until consistent

Step two: Slowly begin to add in a dash of milk and a tablespoon of flour to thicken up the mixture, continue this until you are happy with the amount and the consistency of your mixture.

Step three: Once your mixture is to your liking (I personally like them thicker) chuck the bowl or jug into the fridge for about 5 to 10 minutes whilst you wait for your pan to heat up

Step four: Whilst waiting for the pan to heat up and the mixture to thicken, use this time to chop up your banana and strawberries and get out your chocolate chips and any other yummy decorations you want to add and place them to the side

Step five: Once your pan is hot (I usually place my hand about an inch from the bottom and if it’s warm it’s good to go), grab your mixture out of the fridge and begin to pour into small to medium sized circles

Step six: Flip once when pancakes are slightly brown, once cooked put to the side on a plate or tray and cover with aluminium foil to keep them warm

Step seven: Lastly serve up, place 2 or 3 pancakes on plate, and decorate with bananas, strawberries and chocolate chips. Feel free to add anything else until you’re happy and then dig into your scrumptious dessert!!
